DEMAND:
ABC Education is limited to primary and secondary school teachers and student groups to provide educational content. However, it provides a comprehensive platform of curricular-based resources, including video, games, and interactive content.
Expansion of Offering: Extend ABC Education's reach to encompass lifelong learners, targeting users beyond the original intended audience of primary and secondary school students and educators.
Promotion of Engagement: Implement strategies for micro-learning and serotonin resets to enhance user engagement and retention among lifelong learners.

DESIGN PROCESS OVERVIEW
It has laid a general direction for our work. According to the original brief requirements, we chose the in-depth direction on the challenges and needs of soft skills learning.
Based on this, a six-point design concept was laid down.

Based on the process of the ABC website, we iterated it according to our conceptual vision.
The persona/user journey map establishes the needs and challenges of two different user backgrounds.



Sketch/Mid-fi prototype helped us build the initial prototype structure and collect more useful real-world data for our users to test.


We searched for the corresponding audience conducted several user tests, and iterated our prototype according to the suggestions. After many rounds of testing, we got the final high-fidelity prototype.





The final high-fidelity prototype established our final version of the ABC EDUCATION APP.
Skills you develop or strengthen through the program:
learned how to better deal with client requirements through investigation analysis and reframing existing product concepts in the initial investigation process. In product development, I learned to make more interactive modes in figma.
Critical reflection on challenges, issues and shortcomings:
In the process of investigation, due to the lack of rigour, there is a lack of investigation and analysis of targeted literature, which affects the overall process.
During the testing process, users should be told the background of our product in advance to avoid unnecessary interactive feedback.
